Tapas Factory Dortmund Hombruch

We were on the way very early, so not many guests yet. friendly, attentive and quick service. all tapas were tastefully good. we're coming back.

We have ordered various tapas, olive, aioli with brot, green beans with ham, chicken wings with honey-chili sauce and chorizo in red wine sauce. the portions were quite lush, but the respective prices were unfortunately also rather lush. there would have been less for both, so you can taste more different.The aioli tasted very well, as homemade. the brot that was sufficient was not just that was like a baking baguette in thin slices. Both the olives, and chorizo and the beans were really very good.In the chicken wings I felt a little staggered, because they turned out to be fried and poured over with Thai-Chili sauce. this is delicious and exactly how I prepare them myself, but at "honky wings with honey-chili sauce" I had expected something more original.

We were several people and called before if they were still in place. the phone said we could come, but should leave us time. after about half an hour we were there. we went into the load. it was full and loud. no one waiter just welcomed us. After we found a place independently, this was disgusting. after we get there approx. 20 minutes had waited and min. three different waiters passed us several times, we left the local. I've never seen such a dirty **** in Germany.

Great Spanish tapas bar/restaurant. Class attentive service. great warm ambiente and normal prices. a reservation cannot hurt.

We were there to third and none of us ever experienced such a bad service. Unfortunately, during our 2 1/2 hour stay (which only took so long because of the services) we were almost ignored: it was not paid for empty glasses, we ordered 3 times in vain brot, an order was completely muddled and the second order card we had to get ourselves. that no waiter has come to us by himself and asked if everything is in order. it almost seemed to us that the waiters deliberately avoid the sight contact, so that we were already on our own because some tables were served very well.Leider was also not very intoxicating. I have to say that some of them would probably have tasted better with brot...we got this only when we had eaten everything even though we ordered it at the beginning. an salt and pfeffer has also been very lacking (we have brought ourselves and reheated). I was already very often in the other filiale on the lindemannstraße. to the filiale in hombruch go my friends and I definitely no longer go.
