My partner and I took our friends here as a wedding gift after a recommendation and seeing all the excellent reviews! We were not disappointed the staff are lovely and the food is yummo, the tandoori platter which we shared was delish and adequate portions. We shared all our dishes and they were all yummy Indian with a modern twist seared tuna as an example and it was soooo good! The place has boating theme and I was impressed and surprised to see a letter from the Titanic hanging framed on the wall! A bit of interesting history was provided by The Cook (chef when I enquired. Also quite nice to look out at the sky even if you are looking over roof tops it made the place more open. Definitey recommend as one of the better places to eat on the Peninsula (the wine is very nice too! . We will be back :

Had the pleasure of going to Captain The Cook for a birthday party. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. It was very clean, and staff made you feel like you were family. They had a lovely like deck to sit on and catch the breeze. Nice music playing in the background that you didn't have to scream over. Now, the food was absolutely delectable. We had an array of food, yet not a single dish that was not perfect. Will definitely be returning and doing so very soon. Thank you again for your lovely service. P.s. they also have amazing cocktails
