New Asia - Worthing

I have been dining at New Asia since I relocated to the neighborhood and it has always been nothing short of delicious. The food is consistently tasty and the employees are always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered a delivery for £40+ of food to which they processed and took payment for. I then received an email saying they had cancelled the order due to no delivery drivers and we would not be charged. Okay, could have said over the phone you were not delivering but as long as I’m not charged it’s not a problem we’ll go somewhere else. (We went to Jade house as it was amazing, incredible food and extremely quick delivery) Woke up this morning to see that the money had been taken from my account and still in the process of trying to get refunded for an order that was never fulfilled. Not impressed.

Had a takeaway, would NOT recommend. The Pad Thai was just a bowl of noodles. The Thai Red Curry was watery and tasteless..............

Very good value for money local Chinese. Family run, friendly, great food, deliver service available too...

I ordered meal for my son and I at 5.30pm....after several emails and text messages from just eat to say a delay we still had no food by 9pm...with a £3 off my order offered I was not happy and called just eat who managed to get through... after 19 failed attempts from myself I couldn't get through to the restaurant! I was told my order would be another half hour taking it to 9.30m so I cancelled my order, terrible service and evening ruined. Won't be ordering from here again.
