Dunkin' - Worth

HAS TO BE THE WORST DD I'VE EVER BEEN TO. They wouldn't add a medium coffee to my order. I could understand if it was their busy time, i.e. morning rush, but this was Saturday at 2:15pm. Wow, the manager here is rude. Not even sure why he works in the food industry when he’s so bad at customer service. He speaks condescendingly to his employees, and he did to me as well. I walked in to get a mobile order and he started yelling at me when I went to check to see if it was ready. I hadn’t even SAID anything. Brought my daughter here for ice cream and they were out of almost everything, even cones.

Ordered Dunkin munchkins for the car ride. Went in the drive thru. They were fast.

I brought ice coffee 2 days ago and it tasted burnt I will never go to this place again they always take a long time and And there ice coffee don't taste good I wouldn't even give this a one star
