The Brick Room - Worcester

The lady working behind the bar at the Tiki room was extremely rude. We had booked a table for my friend 's birthday, hoping to enjoy the cocktails and have a lovely experience, however the bartender was very rude and upset all of us, even causing two of my friends to cry. She had accused my friend of not paying, when she had previously said that she could put it on a bar tab. She approached our table and was being verbally aggressive towards us. She then accused another friend of calling her a '*****, ' which did not happen. She approached this friend and started shouting in her face, demanding an apology. We drank the cocktails we had bought and immediately left. I was really looking forward to spending the evening at the Tiki Room but sadly, this lady ruined our experience.

We had a big group reservation at The Brick Room and were not disappointed. We enjoyed sharing platters with wine and took advantage of the two for one cocktail special. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and the lively atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to come back and would definitely recommend The Brick Room to our friends.

Probably the best value for money in Worcester.....a massive sharing board with a bottle of decent wine for £25.....allows you to buy a couple of cocktails as well for the sane price as you might pay elsewhere just for a meal. Went early evening because I don’t like it too noisy and it was a great ambience. I’m getting on a bit) Started to get a bit busier with youngsters at about 8 pm so they were out for a good time and we were on our way home and everyone was happy.......fantastic...you must try it

We have visited Brickroom during our visit to Worcester on the day of Victorian Fayre. The food menu is so interesting with different choice of so many homemade dishes as well as the gluten free, vegan and vegetarian choices. The desserts and cake were amazing and attractive. The staff was so attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back.

I organised my partners 30th birthday party the Brick Room. I spoke to the manager Luna on the phone in the lead up and she was extremely helpful and supportive from the get go. I hadn’t planned to organise any food or drink, but Luna advised this would be a good option. She listed all the party options they offered and that she intact made the food herself, so would be able to provide vegan and vegetarian options if needed too. The night was a complete success and Luna made sure we had everything we needed; putting on the most amazing food spread out and ensuring the drinks I’d pre-ordered were bought out when needed. I would absolutely recommend booking your parties here and will definitely book our next party here again!
