The restaurant itself is actually maintained decently, but the fried food are just dry with somewhat soggy skin due to being on the warm plates forever.

They are rude! If you’re not Spanish speaking get ready to feel uncomfortable and treated poorly here! The food isn’t that good to be treating people that way!

It was always clear, today they gave me the order to alrebe. Maybe because there were so many people there. I travel from Norwich to Worcester and always go there.

This is like the franchise of Latin food fast food, so not home cooked meals. Limited menu, they won't sell less than 1/2 rotisserie chicken, a lot of fried stuff, very pricey for what you get, and the worse part is the service, both times I have been there, I felt rushed, the girls have no patience, and the grill dude just stands there giving you weird looks, not a friendly service. There is one better option on Chandler Street, so I won't be back here.
