We’ve been here before and the staff was excellent! But tonight it was awful, perhaps don’t work with the public if you can’t handle giving decent customer service. Very rude and short with us. Last thing I wanna hear is “it’s been a day” and then huff and puff to make 4 bowls in person. Thankfully other “poke” places are around to try.

The poke bowl for Worcester, haven’t seen many outlets like this around. . . Ambience Service Quality Quantity . . I am yet to try the poke bowl. I got into this place saying the half of for softies between 2 5pm. They had two flavors of dole pineapple and mango you can mix them both into the Swirl. Cost $2.10. No toppings option. . . there is a lot of customers looks like repeat regulars the two staff seem to doing quite a good job handling the customers. . Shall the try the pole bowl soon.

Had a great lunch, nice selection of fresh food. They work very fast too. The only item I would love to see is cauliflower rice. Will definitely be back for more!

The food is really good here and our five kids (blended family) love it. However, my husband was treated very rudely by the staff person there this evening. She was irritated that he was ordering six bowls in person instead of online. She acted as though this is store policy (there were few if any other people there). She made him order all the bases of the bowls first and then got very irritated that one of the bowls wasn't to include sauce, because that would not warrant a bowl. He was driving home from work with his teen triplets in the car when they asked for poke bowls. This was after a long work day and driving his son with CP who uses a wheelchair to physical therapy. He drove from Holden to Natick to work, from Natick to Medway to pick up the kids, back to metro west to PT, and from there to Worcester for poke bowls. So sorry we inconvenienced you by ordering in person. So sorry we didn't know the complexities of sauce and bowl management. Maybe try a job that doesn't involve working face-to-face with humans.

Absolutely wonderful. I don’t often write reviews, but this place truly deserves the praise. I’ve been a customer here for a little under two years and have never had a negative experience. Food is of the highest quality, employees are simply good people who are always willing to answer any questions. Service is fast and the place is impeccably clean. One of the things I enjoy most is that the owner and his staff always remember their customers. He along with his staff always take the time to talk to you and ask how your experience is. A very welcoming environment and they sometime bring you samples of their frozen fruit treats to your table (Dole Whip Cup). Without exaggeration, this place offers the best food in the plaza. Thank you for always providing a great experience. If you’ve never been and have wondered about it; GIVE IT A TRY! Thank you.
