Wendy's - Wooster

I walked in and there was 2 people working in there and some worker just walked out. Also while I waited for my order and got my drick the machine was dirty as heck. Then I waited about 20 minutes and the food still cold some how. Terrible service

Drive thru slow on taking order and take their time. I spent at least 25 minutes, and we don't even order. I would rate them no star at all

This used to be our favorite Wendy's location. It has gone downhill drastically within the last 6 months. Remodel looks nice, but we never got the chance to eat there as we stood at the counter for 10 MINUTES with employees glancing at us but never taking our order! Another local restaurant was happy to serve us.

Don’t get food at this location. It takes forever the cooks have long hair and use bare hands to move food, my order wasn’t right plus they didn’t have

They really need to verify DoorDash pick ups. So many times I've ended up with my order gone by a grifter because fast food places just hand it off and then it's not ready.
