Dunkin' - Wooster

The manager was fantastic and extremely attentive. She had everything prepared and ready as soon as I arrived. Great work!

I am a fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but this particular location was disappointing. The customer service was terrible. I tried to order 4 dozen donuts but was informed that I needed to place such a large order 24 hours in advance. Additionally, my drink was cold and the employee working in the drive-thru, Megan, was extremely rude.

The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Some days the staff are friendly and attentive, while other days they are rude and make mistakes with orders. Today, the drive-through attendants seemed exhausted and only spoke to me to give me the total amount for my order.

Would put 0 stars if I could they had to re make my coffee 3 times and still could not get it right so I had to go buy another one after throwing the all of the others away and they still could not get it right. The staff does not listen to the issues anddoes not care. they continued to give me SUGAR MILK no coffee what so ever a complete waste of my time and money paid 7$ for ahead ache. Never come to this location was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Dunkin

Horrible experience!! Waited 20+ minutes in line only to be told the sandwich maker/oven is too far behind so we 're not serving hot food now . Too far behind so you 're just not going to serve us? So much for breakfast. Not to mention they were extremelyrude and condescending when asking questions. I will never go back to this location and never recommend it!
