Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant is only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, but the food is excellent. They specialize in using local Cowra meat. The service is great, and the bar staff at the club are lovely and friendly.
This is our second time dining at this bistro and once again the food was excellent. The T-bone steak was the best I've had in years and my partner's homemade lasagne was perfect. For dessert, we had the Hummingbird cake and sticky date pudding with ice cream, both were amazing. The service was top-notch and the prices for both the food and wine were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. Additionally, the bistro is located at the Woodstock Bowling Club, near Cowra and Wyangala, not Cootamundra.
This restaurant in a small country town was a pleasant surprise. The menu offers a nice variety of options, including fantastic steaks that were some of the largest I've seen in a while. There are also burgers, pasta, and seafood dishes available, making it easy to please everyone in our group. Be sure to save room for dessert, as they are displayed in a charming old-fashioned cabinet and all look irresistible. We tried the vanilla slice, chocolate mousse, and apple crumble, and they were all delicious. I can't wait to return on our next visit to try more dishes.
