Harvey's - Woodstock

We dined at this restaurant to celebrate my child's acceptance into business school, a decision he approached with great humility. The food was outstanding, and the service was both prompt and friendly. A big thank you to Rubal, Sukh, and Sahil for making our special day as proud parents even more memorable!

I ordered the onion rings well done, and they were truly delicious! I highly recommend them. The tables were clean, and the staff was always busy with their duties. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The onion rings were poorly prepared; they were fried in a clump and not separated at all. This clearly suggests that either the cook is untrained or doesn’t care about the quality of the food. I don’t want apologies or requests to complete feedback forms—I expect the restaurant to take pride in its work and consistently get orders correct.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Although it's conveniently located just off the highway for an easy drive-thru stop, my experience was hindered by slow and somewhat unfriendly service. The food wasn't very well prepared, either; the fries were spilled in the bag, the soda tasted more like flat water than Pepsi, and the burger was a messy jumble of condiments. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant visit, and it seems that management at this location either doesn't prioritize customer service or struggles to effectively supervise their staff.

Last night, my wife and son went to Harvey's. My son ordered the crispy chicken meal, but unfortunately, the chicken patty was undercooked. My wife opted for the Original meal, took two bites, and ended up discarding the rest because the burger was cold. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality has certainly dropped. I recommend saving your money and eating elsewhere.
