Bidrage med feedbackThere should be more gluten-free options available for customers with allergies. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a selection. The service was okay, but I probably won't return until the menu is updated with more options.
Club Mandalay advertises fine dining on their website and states that appropriate clothing is required. However, during my visit, I was disappointed to find that a child care center was allowed to operate in the restaurant. Children were running wild while we tried to enjoy our meal, which we had made a reservation for. I asked the staff if they could control the children or keep them away from dangerous areas, but they seemed unsure of what to do. Another worker assured me that the children would be leaving soon, but this did not happen. If Club Mandalay wants to operate as a fine dining establishment, they should ensure a more controlled environment and consider adjusting their pricing accordingly.
My friends and I went to the restaurant today. The service was good, but the food was lacking considering the price. I ordered the Mandalay Burger. The patty was mediocre and seemed to be pan-fried. The cheese was bland and didn't add much flavor. Even the chips were lackluster. My wife got the gluten-free pizza with salami, olives, peppers, and ham. The tomato base was dry and the toppings didn't have much taste. There weren't many vegan options available. We have eaten here before and the food was usually good, but today's experience was disappointing. Perhaps the chef has changed?
My wife and I were looking to go somewhere nice to dinner on Saturday, we came over mandalay and liked the menu they advertise on their website. we have booked for an dinner of 7:30 a.m., we are there about 10 minutes late. when we... gave the menu it was completely different from what is online. after approx. 10 minutes we were asked if we were willing to order and we asked for a bit as long as we were a little indecision and were thrown through the different menu. about 5 minutes later, the waitress comes out and said: “Have she understood her, as I have to order her, because the chefs get angry.” we were both shocked and rushed to order our food together with a bottle of wine. when the waitress comes out with our wine, she placed the glasses on the table and the bottle in the icecream and went to the other things. 5 minutes we decided to pour our own wine. my wife has the stone-cooked steak, the steak comes on one side already and cook on the other, how should we know how long it was up? what if she wanted it blue? overall, eating was good, but the service was bad and let us feel pressure and haste. quite disappointed that it was not a cheap dinner.
New chef new menu. Less options but I didn't get what I ordered. Meals weren't anywhere near as amazing as last time I went. Might explain why there was only 2 tables booked in the whole restaurant. Doubt I'll be back.
