Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

Clean, nice location, quiet, friendly, well kept, one of the nicest Bojangles' I've encountered. Food was good for fast food fair. Outdoor seating available. Well done.

I recently tried using some local coupons that a high school gave out this year. Upon my first experience I walked inside to talk to a cashier to make sure they honored the coupons. She yanked the card out of my hand and told me 'let me look at it now! She looked at it and told me it was expired. I looked at the coupon and asked her if this was 2020 and she said no. She finally apologized and asked for my order. I assumed she was tired and just left. My second attempt was just as worse. I used the drive through. The man took my order and I informed him at this time I was using a coupon. He acknowledged the coupon and told me to pull forward for my total. He told me it was $8.51 with the discount. I asked him why and he said it was because I bought a drink as well.  They were only 2.99 a piece and plus my drink. My order should have been 5.52.  Not only did he NOT give me the discount he took my coupon as well.  I included pictures of the receipt and the coupon. UPDATE: Franchise owner called me and told me that the coupons I had were fake. Didn 't know highschool fundraisers were fake. She actually left a voicemail about how they were fake and asking where I happened to get that from... She said she would send me some 'real ' coupons. Never got them. Won 't be returning to this location...EVER.

Staff is amazing, led by a great manager! I come in several times a week. When the credit card machine was offline, the staff offered to buy my lunch. It turns out credit cards worked on the app so I did that...This Bo's team is a model team! Also, the big difference between the Bo's in Woodstock and Popeyes is consistency. Every meal every time at Bo's is great. At Popeyes, it's chicken roulette. One day might be good and the next is awful.

Dined here on a last minute decision due to the proximity of the nearby shopping. Dining area is very clean and roomy, mostly setup like family style dining booths and tables. Had to try their Famous biscuits, which was delicious and not dry compared to some other restaurants. Very friendly and efficient service. The manager on duty ensured that the food being served was above and beyond expectations. This kind of customer service is great to experience with the good quality level of food.

Marion is the greatest deserves to be General Manager! My family will not eat there unless she is working! Alan James Woodstock, GA
