Dunkin' - Woodside

The atmosphere and service here are great – friendly and welcoming. I ordered a coffee, which was good, though I didn’t try anything else. I spent about 20 minutes here, and the male staff member was very efficient. I'll definitely stop by again on my way to the gym!

I was in there today but I couldn't order anything because of the behavior of manager soheli.she said that she is the manager. I don't know how she become a manager??she don't know how to talk to the customer.the higher authority should remove her from there.

The coffee in this coffee shop doesn't taste good. I changed it to a cup and it was still the same. It was really bad. The service is not good.

Dunkin' has always been good with their quick breakfast menu. But the staffs at Woodside, Queens branch are just rude. People go to get their breakfast, they don't have to remember the menu. If somebody doesn't know the menu, a little explanation is no harm. That's what the staffs are for.

I enjoy going to Dunkin' because it's my local spot, but there are times when the service can be a bit slow. Overall, I think it's a great place. Service rating: 4/5.
