Domino's Pizza - Woods Cross

Only review here because I sat on an automated stand for over 15 minutes. ordered 2 liter soda and received a 20 ounce bottle. a simple mistake that I would have just asked to reimburse them and not worry about it, but no body would answer the phone.

I recently placed on an online order for delivery. The order took more than 2 hours to arrive (original estimate when order was placed was 35 minutes). I tried calling the location multiple times but got no answer. Corporates resolution? 50% off my next order never mind that because I had no idea after the first hour if I would ever get my pizza that I ordered something else for my family and that they would t have ate the pizza after 7pm anyhow. Absolutely unacceptable and they have lost my business forever

I ordered online and they got my order wrong. I attempted to contact them to either receive a refund or the correct order, but after waiting for 2 hours, no one answered the phone. I decided to give up and never received the correct order. I do not recommend trusting or ordering from this location.

The staff took their order but never delivered the food. They also did not answer the phone, so they had to drive to the restaurant to pick up a cold pizza.

We ordered a pizza on a Sunday night at 6:00 pm. The estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. However, at 6:30 pm, the tracker suddenly disappeared. By 7:10 pm, we still hadn't received our pizza and our calls went unanswered. The tracker briefly reappeared at 6:40 pm to show that our pizza was being checked for quality. Finally, we received our pizza at 7:40 pm, nearly two hours after placing the order and an hour after the tracker indicated it was ready. We had requested contactless delivery, but the driver waited at the door to hand over the pizza to us.
