Little Caesars Pizza - Woodruff

I command the app. It saves time. My orders are always ready and hot when I get there. The staff is generally pleasant.

You never let the extra pepperoni hot and ready, hot ready as they advertise. And half the time when you ask for it, they do not tell you that it is not ready to go ahead and calculate and then say you need to wait 10 minutes. Customer service so far out of window traffic it runs over. You will get much better customer service at the Simpsonville site .

By driving thru 4 times, asked by cashier, you understand once, but then... A trip to dry laundry, then went back so the food was ready. Everything for 2 paprika and 2 bread sticks!! No sauce! God forgive me, but we deserve a free meal.

First they told me I had not called in an order then after 10 min searching they found a phone order was placed but they had put it under someone else's name. I had to reorder then it took over an hour &10 to get 2 beef pizzas! I sat inside waiting while several orders just got made instead of mine. I never got an apology or anything and was terrible and they went even busy

I understand if I pay $5 for a pizza it's going to be a little less than amazing but it's quick and close. Normally not too bad but I placed and order the night before for 5 pizzas for a birthday party. Showed up to get them and was told they never showed up on the screen. Hey, mistakes happen but that's not what you want to hear when you've got 15 hungry 10 years olds trying to eat the furniture. I'll give em another shot but they dropped the ball on this one.
