Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

A little disorganized. I checked the desk when the app said the order was ready. Host couldn't find it. Told him I would wait in the bar and we agreed he would find my order. 15 minutes and I walked back to the host and asked if he found my order. he was distracted. I got my order 30 minutes after the app said it was ready. Having ordered another cocktail, I decided to sample the food. Alas, it was cold like it had been sitting waiting to be delivered to me. In addition, the steak fries were miserably under cooked. I ate the ingredients on top but if I had wanted mashed potatoes, I would have ordered that. I wanted crispy fried potatoes.

I hate to say it, but I wouldn't recommend ordering a salad at night! The greens weren't chopped, the chicken tasted off, and I paid extra for avocado but only received a tiny slice. For an extra $4.29? No way! However, I gave it 4 stars because the crispy chicken sandwich, Banzai burger, and onion rings with campfire mayo definitely deserve a 5. It's unfortunate that the salad brought the overall score down, haha!

I absolutely adore the Freckled Lemonade Cake—it's incredibly delicious! The House Salad was also very good, featuring a variety of dressings.

The fries tasted stale and appeared to have been sitting out for several hours. The garlic fries on the steakhouse burger were a letdown too—there was no garlic seasoning at all, just some Parmesan cheese. Additionally, my soda order was messed up; I requested a Coke but received a flat Sprite instead. The only redeeming aspect was that the burgers were cooked well. Having previously worked at Red Robin when it first opened, I’m really disappointed to see such a decline in quality control. I would recommend dining in rather than ordering takeout.

The House Salad with blue cheese dressing extras I added was very good the Freckled Lemonade Cake is always delicious.
