Serrano's Mexican Grill - Woodland Park

I was visiting from Georgia. Good food and great service. Margaritas were on point. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. Only complaint is that the shrimp had the tails on it. Would definitely come back again. In fact, I will tomo to order some street tacos from their truck.

Wonderful food! Chimichangas were exceptional as previous reviews stated! Salsa was fantastic! Entree prices were decent but got pinged on our margs.

This is a hard post since we just got back from a trip to south Texas and had occasion to also visit a Mexican border town. Had wonderful Mexican food there. This is not to say that Serrano's isn't good! It was just hard not to compare taste and especially the price! Went on taco Tuesday and ordered a total of 6 tacos at $2/each. Totally expected full sized tacos but what came to the table were mini tacos two bites each. Thank goodness we were there just for a snack! They must get a reaction often as the server came back to the table and asked how many more we'd like. I would really like to support them and keep them in business because it seems the family does a lot for the community, but, for us, the prices are too high. UPDATE: In response to the owner This forum is used to express personal opinions, which is what was done. You're right that price comparison between south Texas and here is not fair and perhaps that was worded improperly. Still, expecting regular sized tacos and being served tiny ones was a shock. All being said, expressing a PERSONAL opinion does not deserve insults from the owner and perhaps Serrano's is not for us.

Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. The cheese enchiladas were very good! I am from Texas and love HOT so we ordered the extra hot salsa (they give you the regular salsa with the chips) and it was so good.... and had some great kick! Best Mexican food around the Woodland Park area.

Waited too long for our food to come out, way more than 40 mins, my husband got a quesadilla, I think it was beef and I got the tilapia Puebla. Food is not good and I think it?s too expensive, you can see the picture attached it?s worth $20 and my husband?s and same price. Total for 1 sitting is $50 without any drinks I finished my food because I was so hungry (I don?t even want to think what is the taste anymore cause I know it will take longer if I order another dish) specially we waited already for so long ???? my husband don?t like his food but he just eat it because same reason he is hungry? but it?s gross sloppy quesadilla we just thought it was really slow service even there is only 2 tables including ours. Long food wait for no reason and NOT good food at all???? expensive We don?t recommend this restaurant We are not coming back again.
