New Light Healthy Sushi

The chef is very friendly! The sushi was made quickly, beautifully presented, and delicious!!! I will definitely return.

Absolutely not worth $35 for the all you can eat. The quality of the fish seems like they buy it from the local CVS. The ONE sushi maker was away from the counter longer than he was making sushi for the 8 people (4 parties). There was a 20 minute gap when we first got there until he was even at the counter for us to order. The bathroom was nasty. Looks like it hasn't seen a mop in a few months at least. The only good thing about our experience, Elisabeth was very nice. How this place is still open is beyond me.

My boyfriend and his friend have been going here for years. Until a few months ago, everything was fine. Last time they went, the staff was making fun of his friend's weight and said that because he was overweight that they wouldn't allow him to eat there. They thought it was a joke cause the staff was laughing but it was enough for the friend to feel uncomfortable so they left. They went again today to give it another chance. The staff told the them flat out that they wouldn't serve them because the friend is overweight. It's an AYCE place. I guess they are trying to control how much people eat. I know that places can tell you to leave their establishment but basing it solely on a person's weight is wrong and discriminatory. They just wanted to enjoy a nice meal and they can't because of being overweight?! For this reason and because of other reviews, i will not go here nor recommend this place.

This restaurant in the San Fernando Valley serves the best sushi, no doubt about it. If you visit, be sure to request Justin. You won't be let down. Justin excels in crafting exceptional rolls and offering top-notch recommendations. Additionally, he is a laid-back individual who is great to converse with.
