Ezell's Famous Chicken - Woodinville

Took over an hour to get my online order that was estimated at 30mins; seems there was confusion on my name with the other online orders they had since it had been ready when I arrived. The food was okay, had to reheat everything, and it dried outthe chicken and the fries were already cold and soggy. With all the online orders they need to improve their pickup process?watched many walk-ins get their family meals while I waited for 30mins after the pick up time. Recommend walking in to order;online takes longer and worse quality when the food sits around.

We don't normally come to this Ezell's as we live closer to the Mill Creek one. I'm so glad we came in here. We had just the friendliest customer service from the manager Dylan. It's really lovely to come into a spot and see people enjoying their job. Food was great and we left happy!

First time at this location great service and great food! The staff here are truly wonderful

High hopes, but not quite up to snuff. The chicken is quite dry and the spicy recipe still has little to no flavor. Also not very spicy. The roll is classic and reminds me of Gandy’s.

I ordered online and was told that the food would be ready at 7:05. I came at 7:10 and eating was not ready. 5 minutes later the mac was told and another 15 min. I asked if it should be removed from my bill, but there was no manager in front of location and the person in front of location did not know how to remove it. I waited and picked up at 7:30. have been home and found the huh was not hot, the mac and the cheese overcooked (very soft,) and they had not rolled me the additional I had ordered. very disappointing experience.
