I was truly impressed by the exceptional service at this restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, even with the restaurant being very busy on the night of February 18th, 2022, at 9:00 PM. They handled the crowd exceptionally well. I will definitely be returning to this special place for the outstanding customer service. Thank you!

My husband and I visit for ice almost every week. Regardless of whether it's busy or quiet, the staff consistently maintains a positive attitude, and the ice is always delicious! We love this place!

What is Woodinville from Spokane visits my daughter for her birthday. We decided to include Cold Stone in the celebration. It was a big visit for a few reasons. First they had banana ice cream that Spokane has NIE. Second, the best service from Dana was received. She was great! We laughed because she said she always had bananas and I told her I could just move around so I can get it all the time. It should be pointed out that she gave the great customer service while training a new employee on the first day. Thanks Dana and thanks Cold Stone. Now you are busy getting bananas to your Lincoln Heights Store in Spokane!

We love coming here. High quality ice cream, great toppings. Most of the staff are lovely. Okay, maybe I'd rather less edgy music when there with kids. Their online presence is nothing but a headache... powered by Olo? Useless. Call the store, place an order, drive up to get. Eat yummy treats! I tried to buy a gift card for first responders but the system choked, tried to contact them but the software kept directing to No page found. Compared to how great the ice cream is, it's my only disappointment. I'd rather have told them directly.
