Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodinville

Don't know what happened to the store but definitely giving it a 1 star, if possible no stars.

Updated: I don’t know what has happened to this place. Cool meat makes me worry for food safety. I didn’t eat it the food, the new manager (area manager? Store manager? His name starts with A) is flat out rude, and the store is always a mess. I cannot have tomatoes, and I found several in my bowl. Employees look like they hate life. Will not be back. Don’t come here unless you want your order wrong, to be treated like you are a problem, and feel like getting food poisoning. Run. Previous Visit: Solid food, as the chain is known for, but really appreciated the help I got from one of the employees when I was struggling with my toddler and order I had just picked up. The employee quickly stepped in and helped my carry the order to the table and was so kind in the quick 10 second interaction, then she was back to helping the next customer/taking orders. I think her name was Ashleigh? She’s great!

Waited 30 min after my pre order pick up time, and still no food.

Food was old and service was not pleasant. I opened my bowl and all the lettuce and meat was old. It seemed like it was out since last night. The chips were extremely stale and guacamole was not enjoyable. The employees were unprofessional and seemed very out of it. If you plan on getting chipotle I would recommend going some place else or not get it at all.

Absolutely shocked with how dirty this location is, food all over the counters/floor, stove top where they cook the meat didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks, with grease stains and build up. Service was terrible, girl behind the counter seemed very annoyed, very rude to me when I was ordering. There were only two people in front of me, no one behind me and it took 15 min to get my order done. After walking out and really taking in how dirty the place was I threw my food out. Don’t go to this location.
