Bierhaven - Woodhaven

The Ruben is really good! The pretzel sticks are too, but you only get 3pcs. They also have good cocktails. The french onion soup was different, had croutons or something in it which I'm not sure I liked.

It was my first time in Bierkeller and Faith was wonderful to work with. She recommended some really good German beers and she made honestly the best old fashioned I ever had at a bar. Very friendly service and the drinks were top notch. I'll definitely be back and recommend Bierkeller and Faith. I'll try the food next time, I'm sure it's on point right there with the drinks.

My burger wasn't very good at all. Overcooked, no seasoning, very sloppy presentation. Had to eat it with a fork, didn't finish it. Came back for another try with a steak bowl few weeks later and was also not impressed. I'll skip this one next time I feel like ordering out.

Pressed the easy button for Father’s Day and ordered from Bierhaven. Called the order in early. We arrived at the appointed time to pick it up, only to find out no one placed our order, and they were out of the food we wanted.It was a very disappointing Father’s Day.

This was our first time visiting and were very disappointed. We made a 12:30 reservation for the Prince themed brunch the day after our wedding with a group of friends. They were obviously busy, yet our server Jordyn had zero sense of urgency the entire time we were there. Our coffee was cold, and we had to remind her about a shot of Bailey 's, to which she replied oh yeah, I have to go get it and then waited 20 minutes for it. 3 people never got coffee refills, I had to ask her for them. After waiting almost an hour for our food, only one meal and a side of hash browns came out. Jordyn said let me check on the rest of your meal. We waited another 25 minutes for our food and everything was cold. My husband sent his over hard eggs and rock hard croissant back because he ordered them over medium. The bowls had burnt bacon in them and absolutely no sausage.We never saw our server after we got our food, so we had no one to tell that our food was cold. No manager came ever to our table, another server finally checked on us and we just asked for the bills.All around it was a very disappointing visit, which is unfortunate because we really enjoy the other location. We most likely won 't come back here or recommend it based on our first experience.
