Potbelly - Woodbury

Workers have gotten my order wrong both times I've been here. They just seem like they don't care about their jobs. Food was great the first time but not the second time even though I got the exact same sandwich.

The sandwiches were so good. The Mediterranean and Avo Turkey were consumed my my party. Both were fantastic We also has the red velvet cookie. It was ok. Not sure it was worth the calories. Would rather have had a candy bar.

I’ve been here a couple times and I’ve gotten sick both times and it’s been when the manager has prepped my sandwich. Review your food prep because this isn’t okay. Someone from corporate should visit your store and make sure everything is up to date including your food.

Had another restaurant cancel an office lunch catering order for 35 people. Potbelly took the order online at 8:30 AM and delivered at 12:15 the same day. Great service and the food is always a hit too.

I went in to wash my hands and the sink and walls DEFINITELY have not been cleaned in some time.Parking: Very convenient and largeKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome
