The pizza was overpriced, and the cheese seemed artificial. The dough fell apart easily, and the sauce had a pasty texture. Additionally, there was an odd, plastic-like aftertaste. You can find better plain slices for just a dollar in NYC. I wouldn’t recommend this place—it’s an embarrassment to Italian cuisine!

I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but they still haven't managed to get their delivery right. It consistently takes over an hour for my orders to arrive, even though I live just 5 minutes away in traffic. They don't answer the phone, and there's a noticeable lack of customer service. They often say my food is on its way, but that isn’t the case. The pizza is delicious when it finally arrives, which makes it even more frustrating. It's unfortunate that there's no owner oversight to improve the situation.

I got beyond meat with vegan cheese. The cheese melted so well! Can't wait to try more!

The food at this restaurant is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. However, their delivery service leaves much to be desired. More often than not, it takes an hour for your order to arrive, and when it does, the food is cold. Additionally, the drivers don’t even come up the driveway; instead, they call from the street and expect you to walk to them to pick up your delivery, which is pretty disappointing. There are even nights when I’ve called to order, only to be told that there are no drivers available. They really need to hire reliable and responsible drivers. I've decided not to order from them anymore; I’d prefer to pay an extra $3-$4 for delivery to ensure that my food arrives hot and in a timely manner.

EDIT: Upon seeing my review, the owner contacted me. I am certainly willing to give them another try and support a business that shows they genuinely care about their customers experience.First tried Pizzabar a few months ago because they offered vegan pizza. It was tasty and we were pleased. Maybe we had low expectations for vegan pizza or maybe it was just better then. Last night we ordered a regular pizza and a side of meatballs. They were both completely tasteless. We ended up dousing the pizza with garlic powder and hot sauce which we never do. Thinking it was just the pizza we tried the meatballs those and the sauce alone were bland. Very disappointing. Didnt even save the leftover pieces which NEVER happens in my house. Felt like wasted money.
