Chopt Creative Salad Co. - Woodbury

My salad is always delicious, but the overall experience is consistently frustrating. The staff often has an attitude and act as if they don't notice me waiting for assistance. I usually place a pickup order, but when I request extra dressing—politely, might I add—it feels like I'm asking for their personal stash. I was told that I'd be charged for dressings after the third one, and while I would be willing to pay to avoid hassle, I'm not even sure if that's true. Additionally, today they forgot my bread when I asked for it because it wasn't included in my order. The employee just tossed it onto the counter as if it were an inconvenience. I wish I were exaggerating, but encounters like this seem to happen every time I visit.

The food is so good! It is really healthy and tasty! The only downside is that it is expensive but since it is healthy tasty food, I think that it is worth it.

Pretty standard salads here. Portions are good, and all the employees were nice. Just a little disconnection on the attentiveness and communication, seemed like it was awkward to wait to order and when waiting to pay. Nice indoor and outdoor seating options.

I ordered the Ranch Chicken Salad, but they forgot to add the chicken. I want a refund!

The food from this restaurant is never as satisfying as when you order it in person. They hardly include the meats you request, and the lettuce and some vegetables are often soggy. I really should think about stopping my door dash orders from here.
