I come to this place Daily To Njoy My Liquid Gold, Today I have noticed how professional the manager Trasie Handled a VERY Rude customer..I was behind the customer in line, the customer was literally throwing the money with her! Rude! Could 't take a moment, beautiful place it in her hand like a civilized human being. Trasie Handled This customer beautiful, instead of getting frustrated, Smiled ended the transaction. Trasie Deserves Special Recognition .Schön handled.

I love Caribou and stop any chance of me. I want to say that this location NOT offer drive thru, just take out.

Steven is the best to make coffee that offers great customer service. When I shop at Lund and he doesn't work, I don't order coffee. The other employees could use a customer service training or at least time their recordings correctly.

Steven is truly an amazing Barista. He is funny, friendly, attentive, and overall just a ball of sunshine. I don’t often buy lattes but when I do, he brightens my day as much as the shots of espresso!
