The Ufford Crown - Woodbridge

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend dining here.

Jury is out on this one. 3 of our party ordered a small roast which was £10. Very good value. I ordered a normal size roast lamb which was £25. ALL the dinners were exactly the same size! When challenged about this I was told it was because I ordered the lamb! Is this really true Ufford Crown? Spoilt it a bit for me I'm afraid as I felt I'd been fobbed off. Excellent service, friendly attentive and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious, high standard, lots of big flavours and great portions. We also sit by the bar with our puppy who equally has a lovely time in the cosy lovely atmosphere. Dietary restrictions: I am dairy and yeast intolerant and the staff (particularly the gentleman in bar area) go above and beyond to make sure they are knowledgeable of their ingredients down to the tiniest details. I do not feel a burden at all like I have done in other restaurants locally. A lot of the time it was taken out of my hands at Ufford Crown as opposed to me taking the lead and asking the questions which isn’t always a comfortable experience.
