NEVER AGAIN! Was just there and I am appalled to see what Tim Hortons has become in the past 10 years. Truly very sad to see that you no longer need qualifications in order to get a job here. These people do not even know a thing or two about customer service, they know they only got the job because they look a certain way or has a relative working there.I was at the drive through today, when I get to the window, the girl asks me to pull my car up front closer to their back door because my food’s not ready. I do that. She then comes out of the back door and has the audacity to ask me to pull up in front of the main entrance (which is all the way around the building) because her manager’s car is parked beside back door. I tell her I’m not going to do that because it would mean driving around the building. She then tells me if I don’t move my car, I’ll be blocking the other cars from exiting the drive-through. So my question is HOW DARE YOU??? How dare you say I’m blocking the drive-through exit when it’s your manager’s car parked at a spot where you send customers who need to wait until their food is ready. And if you guys are slow all the time, maybe build a ‘designated waiting spot’ like the one at McDonald’s instead of sending customers to wait beside the back door. Also maybe ask your manager to stop being lazy and park at an actual parking spot instead of blocking the “make-shift designated area” blocking other people who’re waiting for their food.

By far, my favourite Tim Hortons location. The staff is always so friendly and they never forget my order. Most of the staff know my voice and place my order before I even finish telling them what I want. It definitely feels like home whenever I visit this location. I don't know what I would do without them. Special shout-out to Ruby who is just a wonderful human being.

I have been there many times an i think i met all the staff while ordering everyone is an asset to this store very friendy staff and also specially mentioning they understand the customizations in the order very well giving me the best experience at tim hortons definately prefer go there more often:
