Seafood Depot Inc. - Woodbridge

Honestly, I would give this restaurant a negative 2 stars if I could. My family and I are pescatarians, so we regularly purchase seafood. I called the seafood department 14 times before finally getting an answer, only to be told that they do not give prices over the phone. We drove all the way from Caledon, only to find the most expensive seafood in Ontario. They had a lot of inventory, but very limited choices. Most of the options were the same and not very appealing. I was extremely disappointed and will never return to this restaurant, even if it was the only place in the world selling seafood. I'm not even looking for an apology!

The store has changed since the start of the pandemic. Gone are the neat housewares, and reasonable prices. If you need specific food items from Italy this store may have what your looking for.

It was not what I was expecting. It qD a regular grocery store with mostly frozen fish. When I heard the name fish Depot I was expecting a place with lots of fresh fish but to my disappointment there was few fresh fish and the snapper I bought thinking it was fresh was not anywhere close to freshness but seem as if the were frozen for more than a year and left to thaw out but was not sold dast enough so the fish started to smell. However they still go ahead and sell me these fish that I nought home but could not eat due to the smell. Really really disappointed ?

Love the selection here and it's always the long drive for me. I find what I need and sometimes, items that I can't find elsewhere. Lots of parking space and I like to come on days where I can also go to the Italian cash and carry across the street.Staff are very nice. Been coming here ever since I found it by chance and was so glad I did.

I frequently purchase seafood and fish from this restaurant. The quality is excellent, but it is on the more expensive side. The new layout is well-organized, but I preferred the way it was before.
