Pizza Nova - Woodbridge

I ordered a pizza and was very disappointed with it. It was sloppy and undercooked, even though we had asked for it to be well done. I ended up having to cook it in my oven, but it just wasn't the same as a pizza oven. It seemed like the pepperoni and green peppers were just thrown on without any care. It didn't look professionally made at all, even a child could have done better. I called the call center to complain, as we order from this restaurant once a week and have never had this issue before. I speculated that maybe the person preparing the pizza was drunk, or that the regular pizza maker was off because it was Easter Monday. Who knows? I don't like Domino's or Pizza Hut either.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I like to order my pizzas thin and well-done, and the result is very close to the amazing New York pizzas I remember from my childhood. I am completely satisfied with my meal.

It is disappointing to see a once great pizza place decline in quality. The pizza used to be loaded with visible cheese, but now Pizza Nova serves pizzas with very little cheese, similar to Pizza Pizza. Unfortunately, our family, who used to exclusively order from Pizza Nova, will now be looking for a new favorite pizza place.

Just finished gorging on the most fresh tasting pizzas . Takes twenty mins after ordering but is very fresh and tasty . They have whole wheat base options which is great .
