Freshii - Woodbridge

The staff and food quality here are on par with other locations, but I must address the music volume, which is consistently too loud whenever I visit. I couldn't enjoy my meal inside and had to take my food elsewhere. I'm not looking for a club atmosphere; I just want to have a pleasant meal. The noise level is truly frustrating.

I placed an order through the app and paid $70 via Apple Pay. I arrived at the scheduled time, only to find the restaurant closed. Their mailbox was full, so I couldn't leave a message. I ended up calling my bank to stop the payment. It’s frustrating—if you're not open, why are you still accepting orders?

This is my second visit to a Freshii, and it has been a terrible experience. I ordered a bowl, and the quality of the food was disappointing and overpriced. An hour later, I had to excuse myself from an important meeting to rush to the bathroom and vomit. I will never return again.

1. In my latest order, I found what looked like a dirty fingernail clipping. 2. The previous order contained hard pieces that felt like I was crunching on rocks. Upon closer inspection, I realized they were likely broken white eggshells that somehow ended up in my bowl, even though I didn’t order anything with eggs. 3. The Pangoa bowls are supposed to come with Lime Cheese, but I didn't receive it in my last three orders. 4. I paid an additional $1.50 for extra sauce on the side through Uber, but instead, they added it directly to the bowl. The picture of the soup I received speaks for itself. 5. Despite requesting utensils and napkins, my notes were ignored once again. I am truly shocked by this experience and won't be coming back.

After visiting more than five Freshii locations, I can confidently say that this one is the best. I placed my order at 5:00, and my food was ready by 5:05. The portion sizes are impressive, completely filling the bowl compared to other locations. The staff is excellent, and the manager is quite attractive—just a fun little bonus! Overall, it’s a wonderful experience.
