Baton Rouge Steakhouse Vaughan

I haven't been back for years! decided to go to a good friend's birthday dinner. Service was super food was fresh. Would definitely come back. Supplement... bring back the baked beans lol.

It went well until a large group arrived with children walking around. Sometimes noise levels are unbearable. The service started well, then the waiter never disappeared. All services are finished at this point. Had to go to the reception to arrange the bill. No great experience.

It was easy to get in on a last minute Friday night. Friendly. Split bill without them being annoyed. Server didn’t bug too much- just enough. Seat was worn but overall it seemed clean and spacious. Food came fast.

The waitress was nice. Made a new pot of decaf coffee for me. But the Ceasar salad was so salty it made me feel sick. The coating on the chicken tenders was not to my liking. I peeled most of it off and salvaged chewy chicken meat. At least the portion was a good size. My companion enjoyed their steak however. Nice ambience.

1st time at this location, 6 pm reservation on a Friday night; nice atmosphere background music not too loud; very pleasant lady greeted us showed us to a booth; our server Lexy was amazing, beautiful smile pleasant disposition; very attentive service throughout our meal .... my prime rib cooked to perfection along with a very tasty loaded baked potato fresh vegetables; hubby's back ribs were truly fall of the bone delish with a tasty house-made BBQ sauce served with fresh cut fries house-made coleslaw; Duty-manager greeted us on our way out as well ... shared my above comments with him! Thanks especially to Lexy for making this a perfect evening!
