Red Robin Gourmet Burgers? - Woodbridge

Unfortunately this was not a good visit. The waitress was very nice and I'm sure very busy, but service was not as good as I'm sure it could have been if they had the staff the needed. We got the boneless buffalo wings, zucchini fries and seriously meet Pizza. The zucchini fries were over breaded and all you tasted was the breading. The pizza was not as good as we had hoped I would say the best part were the boneless buffalo wings. For dessert we were hoping to have milkshakes but unfortunately their ice cream machine was broken. We have to have better luck next time.

As usual loved the burger and fries! Tried the adult beverage Tito's Chill, it was alright but I wouldn't get the whipped creme next time! The grilled chicken salad was huge and tasty,!

Food was good, staff was friendly. They added some new menu items but still have a lot of old favorites.

SUMMARY: We enjoyed the food, but most everything else was I'll let down. We like Red Robin but we do not recommend this location. FOOD: Royal burger was wonderful. SERVICE: Waitress was abrupt less than friendly. Also failed to offer drink or fry refills. FACILITY: Great location adjacent to Potomac Mills, Walmart, Sam's Club. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was not maintained. Sad because It has obviously been updated so the furnishings are good. However those furnishings are all covered in thick dust and grime, plus women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. PARKING: Plentiful Free parking with easy access.

The staff was friendly, but my server took a long time check on my table. I could see him chatting in the back with other employees. I got a classic impossible burger. It would be nice if there were vegan cheese options, since it is a plant based burger. My mom got fish and fries. The fish was cooked very well. All burgers are about $15 each. Fries are unlimited. The atmosphere is family friendly. Lots of room and seating. The bathroom was clean.
