Extremely Costly. Bakery items are good and fresh but don't justifythe price. Paid $160 for my daughter's birthday cake. It was extremely sweet and definitely not worth the amount I paid for it.

The desserts were decent, but the prices were a bit high. The customer service was subpar. I phoned ahead to arrange for someone to pick up an order, and was told it would be ready if they arrived 30 minutes early. However, when the driver arrived, the order was not prepared. Additionally, the staff did not follow my specific requests as written on the receipt.

Although it's difficult for me to give a 2-star rating to a fantastic bakery, I must mention that the ambience and staff are excellent, and the quality of the cakes and cookies is top-notch. However, what disappoints me is the excessive sweetness in the desserts. Despite trying various items, I found everything to be overly sweet. If you have a preference for sugary treats, this rating may not be applicable to you.

I recently had the chance to order custom cakes through Labon's website. I was hesitant at first, unsure of what to expect. However, the cake was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Labon has now become my favorite bakery.

I am a long time customer, over 30 years, every birthday, every graduation, every Mother’s Day, holidays etc.. but if you want me to continue purchasing your products then your staff needs some better quality customer care.Not acceptable that on Mother’s Day , your girl at counter is busy looking and pulling her cuticles instead of acknowledging a customer who is awaiting her being done.Not acceptable!!
