Dunkin' - Woodbridge

I just placed an order at this restaurant, and they served us coffee that was completely diluted and not even remotely warm.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin'! The staff was unresponsive and had a really negative attitude. When I requested lemonade for my drink, they rudely informed me that it was no longer available. I also ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles, but they handed me one without any sprinkles! On top of that, I asked for a frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream, and guess what? No whipped cream! I would rate this visit a -1000 out of 10.

I really enjoy this place and often come here for breakfast on the weekends. Olivia is a lovely young woman who is always helpful and puts a smile on my face.

Drive thru GIRL. had a very bad attitude and no customer service at all.

Order 8249, i ordered 2 drinks and 2 bagels with cream cheese and jelly via the drive thru and it already started on a bad note, first the drive thru teller had an attitude, second, they messed up on one of the drinks, i asked if they can please remake it, they did with an attitude. A lady brings out the food, as I’m on the road i bit into my bagel and a i pulled 4” gray hair out of my mouth. Very disgusting. Please be careful.
