Subway - Woodbourne-Hyde Park

Worst experience here. Worker would not get off her personal phone call, did not use clean gloves or knives, had to ask for it to be cut in half, didn't get a chance to use rewards or even try to upgrade my sandwich to a meal. I did not get my receipt as it was immediately thrown away. This store use to be my favorite and it's gone severely downhill. I do not think I will be returning.

I have come 2 times around 7pm and both times they were closed or closing early. Don't post times if you don't plan to keep them. I cannot rate the food because they have never served me. The staff is VERY RUDE!

Ordered ahead for pickup. Food was ready at the correct time, but super skimpy on the veggies. Only veggies were lettuce, more tomatoes and more olives. I had the least amount of tomatoes and olives I have ever had on a subway sub. 4 total slices of tomato for the whole 12 inch sub. Lettuce and olives were also very lacking. Meat and cheese were skimpy, but I have come to expect that in general from any subway now, so pretty regular there. Employee was nice but, training must have been to skimp on veggies even though cost is over $10 for a footlong. Really disappointed and will find another subway to order from or only order in person so they actually add veggies.

Sandwich was still cold after being toasted and the worker on talking on her phone the entire time.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was probably the worst Subway sandwich I have ever had. I walked in and the worker was in the lobby with her friends. I asked for my sub toasted and the cheese was still cold unmelted, barely had any meat on it, the onions had onion pits in them, and on top of everything she didn’t even cut the sub in half. It just wasn’t good, go to a different subway honestly.
