I was feeling a bit anxious one night when I visited the restaurant. Overall, it was mostly clean, but it seemed like the kids' area hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.

Absolutely awful new staff. I placed a mobile order. Came over. They had not started it. I waited 5, then 10, then 15 minutes in line. They still didn’t start the order. These two new employees were moving slower than a sloth. The entire 15 minutes they spent on ONE ORDER. Since my lunch break is only half an hour and they had wasted half of it with no sandwich of mine or even an order slip IN SIGHT, I decided to call it. I spoke to the girls, explained I was on lunch, and I needed my order either started or refunded then and there. They decided refunding the order was the better choice. Which it was not. It infuriated me, wasted my lunch, and now I’ll be going hungry for the rest of the night. Thanks Subway. Real “fast” food. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Cory was fantastic this morning, preparing all six of our subs perfectly right at opening time. He’s a true standout! He’s the MVP, and we’ll definitely keep returning because of him!
