Sir Henry Newbolt - Wolverhampton

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:50 and found the doors locked despite the sign stating they were open until 1am. When I tried to open the door, the manager shook his head, even though the restaurant was still supposed to be open. This has happened a few times before. Additionally, they do not put up wet floor signs while mopping. My partner, who has nerve damage, slipped and they showed no concern.

The food at the restaurant was delicious once it was served, and the service from the bar was good. However, the restrooms were dirty and in need of regular maintenance. One restroom had no lights, another had water all over the floor (unclear if it was water or urine), and two were clogged and unusable. I am not sure if I will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude and arrogant. They serve customers in any order they please, leaving others waiting as if they are invisible. There is a severe lack of manners displayed by the employees.

The barmaid was very rude to me left my drink standing on the bar for 10 minutes I went up telling her I had made a order for my table and asked if it was definitely my drink she sarcastically said does it look like it? So I just simply said yes and she shouted well take it then. No need for sarcasm it should have been bought to my table ages and yes I did see this barmaid too busy showing her colleague photos on her Facebook. Don’t know how some Wetherspoons staff get away with not only being rude but being so lazy and staring at their phone as well.

The moment you enter this bar you'r greeted by special people who instantly make you feel like your home.The seating area is very large so you can always find and place to sit down and drink or enjoy some nice pub food also .The staff are like my own son and daughter very special people indeed. I always have same tipple as I'm like that way and its cheapest pint in town.I have occasionally eaten here and it was excellent .Reminder to myself must try more of the menu when I get a chance . Recommend this bar very highly to all.See you al again very soon.love you all
