Once seated, we ordered our drinks and meals through the app. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, while the food came just three minutes later. The food was decent, but there were some issues such as the sausages being overcooked and the cheese fondue being served in a cold loaf. Additionally, there was a delay in one of the meals arriving at the table. The service was lacking in manners, as they attempted to clear plates before everyone had finished eating and rushed through the meal. There was also a lack of communication from the staff, with one member abruptly asking about our meal and quickly leaving before hearing our response. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we decided to leave without ordering more drinks. The staff did bid us farewell as we left, but by then it was too late. With better communication and training, this pub could easily improve its service and become a more enjoyable dining destination.

However, I decided to purchase a takeout cake for my husband for nearly $5.00 at the end of the meal. I was extremely disappointed by the size of the cake for the price I paid. The picture on the menu was actually the true size of the cake. I will not be purchasing that cake again.

I went for lunch and found that the carvery meat was very dry, despite arriving when it had just started. It was not a good experience.

Lovely relaxed place, whether you want drink, food or both. Prices are very reasonable and fast service. Staff are approachable and helpful. Debbie served me and was a ball of joy, always smiling and playful, just what you want.

Always have a lovely time here wether out with family or friends. Food is always beautiful staff always go above and beyond to make sure our visit is always enjoyable. Lovely birthday surprise today from staff members Sunev Ryan. Thank you guys what fab singing voices you both have!! It made my day!!
