Omar's Food House - Wollongong

The food at this restaurant is really enjoyable with a great variety to choose from. They are open from early in the morning until late at night, offering nearly 24-hour service. The food is presented neatly and the staff is friendly. The prices are fair for the quality of the food.

I love the pide at this restaurant, but it's not made the same way as the owner does it. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with my order. I always make it clear to them that I do not want salt on my chips, yet they were still salted. I had to wait until I got home in Campbelltown to wash them and put them in the air fryer. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. On the bright side, the customer service was friendly.

Place is excellent with middle eastern food. I tried kebab roll chicken and mixed one. It is really delicious. Have it hot. There is a small dine in area, so it's possible to have there.

5 stars for the pide. The best pide you'll experience. Had many pides in different locations (Sydney, Melb) but Omar Kebab and Pide is the best I've had. A true gem find for us in the Gong. It's freshly made, soft bread, generous filling with melting cheese. It's truly perfection. Will be going there many times. Keep up the good work !

Super friendly, family run business. Good food and drink selection. Dining in experience is average, but that's because it's primarily a take-away.
