McDonald's - Wollongong

This is the second time I have felt the need to write a review for this restaurant. I frequent this place because it is close to where I work, but each time has been a disaster. The staff are rude, incompetent, and the food is awful. Waiting for your order can feel like forever as chaos seems to be the norm in this establishment.

McDonald's is McDonald's, food basically the same anywhere, though this one is not the cleanest I have been in & is often frequented by undesirable customers.......especially later in the evening.

We had a quick brekky while driving up to Canberra. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. No being familiar with the self order system, the lady was very helpful and I was impressed with the overall process of the new electronic ordering system.Our meals came out quickly and the food tasted as you would expect. No complaints here!

Stopped in for a quickie breakfast prior to a busy day. ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with sausage. both were hot and ready to eat. service was fast. quick in an out access on Corrimal.

Unfortunately, this store suffers with a very busy area (so close to WIN stadium and Wollongong downtown - the unfortunate thing was the dismal state of the amenities. Think... what should have been in the bowel was on the walls and seat. Certainly this isn't the normal state of this franchise at this location, but my score stems from the fact that there are 3 other McDonald locations in the area that are INCREDIBLY better: Warilla, Warrawong, Dapto. I have rated it in accord with this standard.
