Japanese Bento House - Wollongong

I did not make a photo of my katsu roll maki because I ate it very quickly. they can get fresh sushi made here and it is also very affordable and cheap. it is absolutely delicious, and the rice is not dry compared to other sushi shops. I'll come back here in a definitive way, but I'm going to dive in. the owners are super nice and friendly, and despite the small look this is definitiw a hidden gem for authentic Japanese cuisine. I would like to try the Japanese dishes here, I hope they stay in the business, that eating was nice!

My favourite hot stone bibimbap in town. A hole in the wall, unpretentious little eatery. Open for weekday lunches only.

Literally the best sushi I've ever had in Australia that doesn't cost a million bucks! In saying that, they have put their prices up since pre-covid. So they're not exactly cheap anymore. But as a once a week treat, why not?

Nice Japanese place. Food was fresh and tasty The chicken was nicely cooked The miso was tasty and eel was great. Light lunch but turned out to be heavy lol

Lovely, low key, low cost! Excellent affordable food at a lovely cosy Bento house! A must see if you live in the Illawarra, and a great date location!
