Ristorante Cristallo - Wolfenbüttel

Good italian food, not the best athmosphere but friendly service and very reasonable pricing - always worth a visit.

After many years passing trough Germany, this was the first "official" dinner in Germany.The food is nice and the italian flavour is there.The place is great due to the staff and also it's possible o smoke in a "separate" area of the restaurant.A positive note from me and I will return if possible

Visited this restaurant after a very long pause, went with friends and had a class meal. I would seriously recommend the salad bar, wide varied selection, more importantly fresh and tasty. Had the mixed grill which was top, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We usually go here when visiting some friends in the area. The decor is not really to my liking, too "naked", thus surprising that you can hear your friends well enough to have good conversations (sometimes in restaurants decorated like this all you hear is noise). We had everything from the starter carpaccio (which was generously served) to sea food, beef filet and lamb. The salad buffet, which is a part of some of the dishes, was a bit empty which was slightly disappointing. The pizza was rather small (maybe 9-10 inches), but we were all very satisfied with our choices. Service was fully ok. There are outdoor seating, but too cold this time of the year. For those who are interested - they have a smokers room too. No one used it when we were there so I don't know if it smells a lot in the normal part of the restaurant if in use. We will come back again.

Been here a few times with family - the staff were excellent - I had the lamb fillet which was fine and cooked tenderly. The vegetables were naff to say the least, the bread was fresh - the worse part of the meal was the salad bar - no effort had been taken for it - it was awful - it used to be great so not sure whats happened here. The staff behind the bar were inexperienced also and couldnt make a dry vodka martini - it was shocking - but made us laugh. Anyway I will go again as my family really like it here - they need to do better salad bar and better drinks otherwise no problems.
