Pad Thai - Wokingham

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The servers were polite, efficient, and friendly. We were promptly seated and the servers were very attentive to all of our needs.

We have been loyal customers for many years at this restaurant. However, tonight when we called, a very rude woman insisted that our address did not exist. Despite explaining that we were regular customers, she was very unhelpful. She refused to provide her name or allow us to speak with the Manager or Owner. It is unfortunate that she is turning customers away, as the food at this restaurant is excellent. I will try to reach out to the owner, who is usually in the kitchen cooking and may be unaware of the situation.

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for years. It is the only place that consistently gets lost trying to find our house. Tonight, we were informed that our postal code did not exist on their app. I suggested trying another app, but the computer still couldn't process the order. This resulted in us losing £60 tonight and potentially missing out on future business from us.

Amazing food and service, soo impressed, food was quick to come out with a large variety of different dishes!

Visited lunchtime today and ordered Tom Yam and green curry from lunch menu. Both were hot and spiced just right for me. Very tasty good food rather than some of the over priced options in Wokingham. Restaurant is a charismatic English pub. Comfortable seats and table with good bar. Quiet for lunch but probably becomes busy later. Lady behind bar was friendly and helpful. I will certainly return as menu looks very appealing.
