Saladworks - Woburn

I ordered a custom salad, and it was decent. It reminded me of something you might assemble from a grocery store salad bar, and it was served in those cheap plastic hinge boxes, which felt off given the price. While the ingredients were fresh, the topping options were quite basic. The portion of protein was also somewhat lacking. If this salad had come from a place known for subs or pizza, I might have been impressed, but for a venue that specializes in salads, I expected more. I might consider ordering again if I were with friends who wanted to eat here, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit. If you're looking for a great salad, I'd recommend sticking with Sweetgreen. Overall, it wasn't bad, just underwhelming. I suggest they improve their protein portions, offer more unique toppings and dressings, and enhance their packaging.

I enjoyed this restaurant, but I don’t understand how they can leave out a key ingredient from a salad and then charge $7.50 for additional vegetables. I probably won’t be coming back; paying $21 for a salad that’s missing one of the main components (which I ordered to go through Google) just isn’t worth it.

I've visited this restaurant twice this week because the food and service are exceptional. I appreciate having healthy, customizable options available. The manager is fantastic, and I feel warmly welcomed as soon as I enter. The staff is courteous and genuinely inquires about the dishes. The food is fresh and delicious, and I plan to make this place a regular lunch spot during the week. I highly recommend it—10/10!
