Dunkin' - Woburn

This Dunkin was simply a work of art. The environment was very welcoming, and one girl was especially kind to me. She is perhaps the girl of my dreams I will go again just to see her. She make my food wonderfully and deserves a raise, no, she deserves the world….

The girl who takes the order mid day during the week WILL talk over you, and no matter how many times you try to repeat your order will mess it up.

I found yet again, another Dunkin' Donuts, where the employees make what they wanna make and not what you ordered. I placed an order through the mobile app. I drove up to the window to pick up my order and it looked nothing like my drink normally does. When I say normally, it's because this is not a Dunkin' Donuts that I frequent on a regular basis. The Dunkin' Donuts at four corners is undergoing renovations. Therefore, I stopped at this one after a trip to Whole Foods and Walgreens. After telling the lady at the window that the drink was not correct, she started arguing with me that it was and it took a few minutes for another woman who I assume is the manager and spoke better English to come over and say that she made me a coffee instead of a latte. The drink was corrected but nothing more than here you go, non-apology not a free, donut nothing. I just find it to be very difficult when there isn't the line and it's 3:30 in the afternoon that it's that difficult to follow a label and to make a drink as a customer request.

There was this very beautiful young lady that served me above and beyond every other Dunkin the only issue is she was a bit yellow which is my least favorite color but she definitely deserves a raiseWheelchair accessibility: I got stuck on the wheelchair ramp and the yellow girl ran out to help me

I mean just wow. Who knew a dunkin donuts could achieve this level of royalty, It was like a 5 star restaurant if it was always squeaky clean and the best staff you could ask for. The staff really just tied the experience together to create such a warm and welcoming place to be, especially the one cute chubby boy with curls. I will never forget the way that signature latte felt rubbing against my taste buds.
