Is the new tenant exempt from work or is this the so-called women's quota? Every other gas station also has a tenant and works shifts. The new tenant leaves the gas station closed instead of doing some work herself. As often as I've stood in front of closed doors recently, the gas station hasn't been closed in the last 10 years! The employees should/must give up time off ONLY because the tenant can't or doesn't want to work?! Never seen her there either! I wish the predecessor was back, he was often there, either to provide support or to be at the checkout himself! As it should be! I can understand that the employees' desire will decrease significantly in the long run... Don't you have to have certain previous knowledge in order to lead and manage employees? Or was there CV fraud here? Please TOTALLY check this out.
