I would like to say what a gorgeous, friendly and helpful this hotel is, they looked after me so well, the beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are so quaint, staff couldn’t do enough for you, really relaxing place, , such nice people work here, I appreciate the kindness shown, as I traveled from a different country , thank you

Staff absolutely brilliant. shithot for everything. could not fault any of them/team. Fed. watered .well looked after great food for the occasion few pints of tenants newcastle beat chelsea.. Got exactly what we paid for and then some. if not much more .... thanks for short stay . SUPER NOODLES for breakfast for Jo. Wow. . Geordie puppy adventure... until next time . X

The room we were given was straight above the pub which was extremely noisy until 1am in the morning.

Great stay,friendly staff will be definitely staying again

Great food, service was slow due to it being very understaffed, they only had 3 people doing tables and running the bar during a busy spell. The staff were rushed off thier feet.
