Took my family here the other day while my son had a friend over and this is probably one of the best experiences I've had at a McDonald's. Food was great. Service was great. The atmosphere was just really great. I will definitely be going back here. Ordered a sausage,egg and cheese biscuit and a large hot chocolate and got someone else's order along with part of ours. Drive thru morning workers need to check the orders better before handing them out. Food: 1 Service: 1

I always get a caramel macchiato most mornings. I always get it revised. Well I was in Virgina working and stopped in Wise, VA. The lady at the counter was nice because me and coworker went yesterday evening for McFlurries. So I asked for no caramel and ifthey had low fat milk or 2% . This lady came over rude no it comes like that as if she had a bad morning. I asked her areyou alright are you good? She said yea are you all smart. I go to McDonalds faithfully but this lady should not be in CustomerService. If you have problems or have something going on leave at the door because your attitude or rudeness on someone else isnot hospitalable. SHE SHOULD EITHER BE IN THE BACK MAKING FOOD OR SOMEWHERE AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS WITH THAT ATTITUDE.The rest ofmy stay in VA I 'm either going to Starbucks or Wendy 's. They got the order wrong but the food we got was good and all the people in the drive-thru were nice and friendly.
